Rental Assistance Program
Rental Assistance is available for landlords.
The Cook County Emergency Rental Assistance program pays up to 12 months of missed rent and utility payments and up to 3 months of future rent payments. Payments will be made directly to your landlord and utility company. Applications open in early March.
The window of Opportunity is short from March 11th through April 4th. If you are one of our Property Management Landlords we will take care of the paperwork with the tenant and submit on your behalf.
